How are the artworks packaged?


All artworks are packaged by ateLieroiLs in line with our standardized packaging process.

Ships in a cardboard box


(Large-size stretched or framed artworks) will be shipped flat in a robust, highly protective cardboard box. We uphold extremely high shipping standards to ensure your artwork is thoroughly supported throughout its journey from ateLieroiLs to your home, arriving safely.

Ships in a crate


(Small-size stretched or framed artworks) will be delivered in a wooden crate. Large artworks are packed in extra-sturdy crates specially designed for international art transportation. The crate is filled with packaging materials that comply with our strict requirements to secure the artwork firmly during transit, and is tightly sealed for maximum protection.

Ships in a tube


(Canvas-only artworks) will be delivered rolled in a dent-resistant tube. This method is particularly secure for oversized pieces and also helps reduce shipping costs. Upon arrival, rolled canvases can be easily stretched (mounted onto wooden stretcher bars) and/or framed by a local framer. For works on paper, we strongly recommend sending them directly to a professional framer immediately upon delivery for careful and expert unrolling.

How long does delivery take?


  • Shipping time: Generally 7–10 natural days via FedEx/DHL/UPS.

    Shipping is free; prices do not include customs duties.

  • Creating time: 7–10 natural days for hand-painting by professional artists. Your ordered artwork is handcrafted by the artist of the original piece.

  • Total time: Approximately 10–20 natural days from order placement to delivery.


Who takes care of the delivery?


Depending on the destination and artwork size, we partner with reputable carriers including FedEx, DHL, UPS, or specialized art delivery services.

Which countries do you deliver to?


Sorry, we currently operate exclusively in the U.S. market and only support delivery within the United States. We plan to gradually expand shipping to other countries in the near future.

How much does shipping cost?


For U.S. orders, shipping is already included in the listed price.

How to track logistics?


You can track your shipment through your ateLieroiLs account dashboard, or via the official websites of DHL, FedEx, or UPS using your order number.

Is the delivery of the artwork insured?


Absolutely! ateLieroiLs arranges and fully insures all artwork transportation. There are no hidden fees, and you can shop with complete peace of mind.

If I buy several artworks, will they be delivered at the same time?


Under normal circumstances, multiple artworks will be shipped and delivered together.

Can I get artworks delivered to a different person?


We will deliver to the shipping address provided in your order. We typically coordinate the delivery date with the recipient named on the order. If this is a surprise gift, please let us know in advance!
