Artwork Quality


If the artwork does not match the description or images on our official website, you are eligible for a full refund.

All our artworks are original oil paintings on canvas, hand‑painted by professional artists. Each piece is unique, and slight natural variations are expected.

Shipping Damage


If your artwork arrives damaged, we offer a free replacement or full refund.

Please provide photos of the damage and packaging for insurance and investigation purposes.

Custom Artwork Policy


For artworks with customized colors or sizes, returns are not accepted after delivery.

If a return is approved before shipping, a $100 material fee will apply.

(You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment, but not after you have received your package.)

Custom artworks are made to order and cannot be resold. Thank you for your understanding.

30‑Day Money Back Guarantee


You have 30 days from receiving your artwork to request a return for any reason.

We will help arrange return shipping. You will only be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Important Conditions for Returns


  • Return request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the artwork.
  • The artwork must be in its original condition and securely packaged (ideally using the original packaging).
  • After your request is approved, you have 7 additional days to return the item.

Returns Due to Personal Preference


If you selected an artwork that doesn’t suit your space, interior style, or if the size wasn’t quite right — no worries. You’re welcome to return it within 30 days of delivery.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

  3. Ship the item back within 7 days
  4. After inspection, refunds are issued within 7 business days to the original payment method
