After ordering, you’ll get a dedicated artist chat link (email + instant messaging). Send sketches, color swatches, or Pinterest boards—we respond within 24 hours to tweak every detail until it matches your dream.

Is it really 100% hand-painted? No prints?

Guaranteed. Every stroke is hand-laid by our artist—no machines, no shortcuts. You’ll see the unique texture and imperfections that only handcrafting creates (we’ll prove it with process videos!).

What materials make it last?

How long until I get my painting?

Production: 7-10 natural days (hand-painting takes time!).
Shipping: FedEx/DHL delivers in 7-10 natural days.

Will it get damaged in transit?

Never in 5+ years! Rolled canvases ship in reinforced packaging; framed pieces go in custom wooden crates. We’ll refund/replace immediately if damage occurs (but it won’t).
